At Hamilton School, our Careers Policy sets out our commitment to delivering a high-quality, inclusive and aspirational careers education programme for all pupils. Our careers provision is aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks of Good Career Guidance and reflects statutory guidance to ensure that pupils receive impartial information, meaningful employer encounters and personalised guidance.
