Passports for Learning and Life.
We are introducing 'Passports for Learning and Life' across the school. This will be a document that gets reviewed annually. It will contain details of student's personal home learning plans as well as other information about their talents, interests and support needs. We hope that this document helps you at home and is also useful when you are working with any other agencies who are involved in your child's life.
